Who we are

The controller of your personal data is the operator of wawoffice.com. You can reach us using the contact details in the footer of every page.

Registered company details (fill in here, in Admin → Page text): registered name, address, NIP / REGON / KRS.

What data we process, and why

• Enquiries and viewing requests — the name, email, phone and message you submit are used solely to respond and to arrange the viewing.
• Waitlist, saved-search alerts and the newsletter — your email address is used only to send the notifications you asked for; every message tells you how to unsubscribe.
• Partner agency accounts — the name, email and phone of the account holder, used to operate the account and for per-listing billing.
• Site statistics — our own cookieless analytics counts visits in aggregate on this server; IP addresses are never stored and daily visitor identifiers are deleted at the end of each day.
• Security logs — form submissions record the IP address and browser to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.

Legal bases

We process data on the basis of: your consent (contact and signup forms), our legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, preventing abuse, aggregate statistics), and performance of a contract (partner accounts).

How long we keep data

Enquiries and leads are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are regularly pruned; subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe; analytics identifiers are deleted daily so only anonymous counts remain.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no tracking cookies by itself. Your theme, shortlist and language choice are stored in your browser and never leave your device. Optional third-party analytics load only if enabled — and where the consent banner is active, only after you accept.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider and our email delivery provider, and — where enabled — by Cloudflare as a network proxy and the analytics providers mentioned above.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
