How to read a listing
A short guide to what you see on an office page, so nothing on it is a surprise at the viewing.
Price
- The price is the monthly rent. Unless it says otherwise it is a net figure, before VAT; use the switcher above the list to see it with VAT and in another currency.
- Costs that come on top of the rent (service charge, utilities, parking) are listed under “Additional costs” on the office page.
- Where a landlord does not publish a price, it is revealed after you give your email address.
Availability
- “Available” means the office can be rented now. A date means it can be rented from that day.
- “Free from” marks an office that is let today but frees up on that date — you can ask to be told, or book a viewing in advance.
Facts and features
- We show a fact only when it has been stated. A missing row means “not stated”, not “no”.
- Features of the building (a lift, a reception, parking) apply to every office in it and are repeated on each office page.
Dates
- “Listing updated” tells you how long ago the landlord last changed the details. An old date is a reason to ask, not a reason to rule an office out.
