Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to find and enquire about an office on this site, including people who use a screen reader, only a keyboard, magnification or high-contrast settings.

What we do

• The site is built to the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines as its target.
• We test the main pages automatically with an accessibility checker, in both the light and the dark theme and with reduced motion switched on.
• Every photo can carry a description (alt text); listings without one are flagged to the editors.
• You can skip straight to the content, and every page works with a keyboard alone.
• Colours and motion follow your browser and system settings, including dark mode and reduced motion.

What is not perfect yet

• Floor plans are drawings. Where a plan has no text description, the facts it shows (size, rooms, floor) are also in the details table of the listing.
• Embedded videos and maps come from YouTube, Facebook and the map provider; their own accessibility is outside our control.

Accessibility of the buildings

Each listing states what the building offers — a step-free entrance, an accessible toilet and lift, accessible parking — but only where that has been confirmed. Where a building says nothing, ask us before you visit.
